Electric heating with 5-7 resistance heating zones ensures optimal temperature management throughout the extrusion process. The production line achieves output rates up to 450 kg/hour depending on material formulation. The chill roller measures 1900mm wide with a 600mm diameter for efficient film cooling. The winding system is semi-automatic with manual core change and automatic cutting capabilities, supporting maximum line speeds of 250-300 m/min with reels up to 600mm diameter and 1800mm winding width.
