Brand and model: Unitech T012 Produces: • Standard stretch film rolls with a cardboard core • Pre-stretch is performed by 2 motorized rollers (diameter 160 mm) coupled on an electrical axis, controlled by 2 motors. Working width: 600 mm Jumbo roll thickness: 8 to 35 microns Rewinding roll thickness: 5 microns Maximum Jumbo coil diameter: 450 mm Maximum Jumbo coil width: 600 mm Maximum rewinding roll diameter: 300 mm Cones inner diameter: 50 mm or 76 mm Rewinding speed: max 1,200 m/min – average 1,100 m/min More information: • The winding is done on a station equipped with an arm for automatic roll change, material cutting, and discharge of the rewound roll onto a motorized conveyor belt. • Automatic detection of holes in the film using an electronic board with audible/visual signals without stopping the machine. • Detection of the end of the Jumbo roll via photocell with stop upon completion of rewinding. • Rewinding tension electronically adjustable and controlled by PLC This Unitech rewinder machine is available for sale, in good working condition, and can be seen in production – also via online inspection.
