The Starlinger recoStar Universal 65 is a comprehensive recycling and repelletizing line designed for processing various plastic materials including PE, PP, LDPE, HDPE, PS, and ABS. This machine features a 65mm screw diameter with a 40D length-to-diameter ratio, delivering consistent output of up to 200 kg/h depending on material type and feeding rate. The system incorporates single vacuum degassing technology and a single piston filter screen changer before the die to ensure material quality. The integrated shredder-extruder combination with conveyor belt feeding system and metal detector provides reliable material handling and contamination prevention. The hot granulation on die with water circle pelletizing system ensures optimal pellet quality and consistency. Powered by dual 55 kW motors, this machine is equipped with a comprehensive suite of accessories including master batch dosing, water bath, water pump, heat exchanger, centrifuge, extraction blower, cyclone, and vacuum pump. Originally manufactured in 2014, the machine remains in good working condition with all parts intact, though currently dismantled.
