This Euro Machinery SML 3-layer stretch film extrusion line is a comprehensive solution for producing high-quality stretch films for various applications including printing, laminating, sealing, and food wrapping. The system is equipped with three extruders of varying specifications: a primary 120/33 mm diameter extruder with 195 kW motor for main material processing, and two secondary 45/28 mm diameter extruders with 38.4 kW motors each for layer combination. The machine features a Verbruggen flat die with automatic calibration connected to Thermo-Fisher Kr-85 calibration system, ensuring precise film thickness control between 10 and 110 microns. Production capacity reaches up to 500 kg/hour depending on material formulation. Furthermore, the SERIES 2000 winder operates at 250 m/min with both 3-inch (600 mm) and 6-inch (800 mm) diameter shafts, featuring a newly installed carbon fiber contact roller. The system processes Cast PP (CPP), LDPE (CPE), HDPE (CPE), cling film, manual and automatic stretch film, and stretch film applications. Advanced features include melt pump on the main extruder, material weighing systems at each inlet, in-line slitting unit for up to 6 cuts with reprocessing capability, automatic die thickness adjustment, single-sided AFS corona treater, and automatic cassette-type filter changing without production stoppage. The machine is in good working condition with approximately 85,100 operating hours and can be viewed in production with video documentation available.
