This system brings together many steps in one line. It includes a decoiler, adjustable embosser, strip feeder and dual-head punching (6+6 from both sides). It also trims the sides, cuts the sheet, and folds or edges it on three adjustable sides, with a fourth side that users can set as needed.
A PLC system controls the whole line and lets users adjust all sizes with numbers. Operators run everything through a special PC program that shows the final piece in real time.
The system is very flexible. Users can skip some steps when they only need partial bends, edges, notches, or simple cuts. Operators can change the punches and also use manual controls. The machine needs little maintenance and still works very well, with regular use in production.
