This 8-color system accommodates a maximum web width of 1220 mm with a printing width of 1200 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of flexible packaging and paper printing applications. The machine features a turret un-winder and re-winder with non-stop capability, allowing continuous production with automatic splicing for both unwinding and rewinding operations. With mechanical speeds reaching up to 460 m/min and equipped with 10 main dryers plus an after-dryer, this press delivers efficient drying and curing of printed materials. The machine is built with comprehensive quality control features including electrostatic discharge (Eltex), web break sensors, viscosity control, web tension monitoring, strobo lamp, and BST web monitoring with 100% IPQ checking.
