Used IMASUR 4000 WINDER for sale. Winding machine to wind plastic films from a jumbo roll to smaller “retail” size rolls, able to wind up to 4000 mm. Brand and model: IMASUR 4000 Working width: 4.000 mm Unwinder diameter: 750 mm Process:- Designed to wind plastic films from a jumbo roll to smaller ‘retail’ size rolls.
- Once you have set the length of film required, the machine measures the amount of film unwound from the jumbo on the retail roll.
- When required, the film is cut manually with a handheld knife.
- The powered axle turns the ‘retail’ roll.
- As that axle turns, it pulls the film from the jumbo roll axle, which ensures that the retail rolls being wound, remain tight and tensioned
