Periplast MP500 micronizer for PP, PE, PS, ABS, PA, APET, PMMA to feed crushed material from 6 to 10 mm and it micronization at 250 – 600 μm, output up to 400 Kg/h.

Application: The material is fed into the centre of a set of fixed discs and a set of rotating discs at high speed, the centrifugal force bringing the micronized material to the conveyor line;
Production: Feed of crushed material from 6 to 10 mm and its micronization at 250 – 600 μm;
Output: Up to 300 – 400 kg/h, depending on material
Power installed: 55 kW 7.5 kW
Main parts and accessories:
- Stainless steel hopper feed with vibration feeder;
- Metal detector rejecting ferrous and non-ferrous particles at the feed;
- The micronized material is transported by a high-capacity vacuum cleaner;
- Supplied with a set of additional fixed and rotating discs.
- Centralized control of the line;
- Synchronization between the different components;
- Touchscreen.
