The system is equipped with comprehensive cooling infrastructure including 8 cooling circuits on the injection side and 8 on the ejection side, along with thermal blankets for enhanced energy efficiency. Integration features include a Masterbatch interface, Euromap 67 robot interface, and frequency inverter for energy optimization. The machine is paired with a 6-axis Kuka robot featuring an integrated KR C4 control system and 2,500mm working radius, providing complete automation for part handling and production workflow. Additional options available include a three-phase material feeder and volumetric masterbatch dispenser for enhanced production flexibility.
