AMUT, WEIMA and other machines is a complete washing plant for municipal waste to process rigid and soft plast witn an output up to 5000 kg/h. This plant is consists of washing and extrusion lines designed to operate LDPE, HDPE and PP batchwise Brand & Model: AMUT, WEIMA, ETC Washing line municipal waste Material that can be processed: LDPE (polyetylen – film), HDPE (polyetylen – rigid), PP (polypropylen – rigid). Plastic washing and extrusion plant:- Two washing lines and one extruder line
- The plant is designed to operate LDPE, HDPE and PP batchwise.
- Can run one type of plastic 24/7
- For LDPE the designed throughput of the plant depends on the average thickness of the film.
- LDPE, designed throughput is 1,3 t/h in 2 lines corresponding to 0,65 t/h per line with a film thickness of 25 µm. Film thickness of 40 µm, the designed throughput increases to 2 t/h in 2 lines corresponding to 1 t/h per line.
- For HDPE and PP the plant is designed for a throughput of 4 t/h in 2 lines.
- The designed throughput of the extruder is 1,5 t/h for LDPE and 1,8 t/h for HDPE and PP.
- Maximum consumption of energy – design data:
- Washing line: 0,86 kWh/ kg product for LDPE and 0,3 kWh/kg product for HDPE and PP.
- Extruder: 0,28 kWh/kg product.
- Maximum consumption of fresh water – design data: 2,5 l/kg product for each polymer.
- PE film: 2 x 1.000 kg/h = 2.000 kg/h
- Rigid: 2 x 2.500 kg/h = 5.000 kg/h
