Type of production: For bagging products of various kinds and shapes into bags Material that can be processed: PE or PP film in reel Production: • It automatically makes the bag and moves it to the feeding station. Picked up from the feeding station, the product is inserted into the bag that is then carried to the following sealing station for final sealing. • Very compact, the X1 can be fed manually, automatically or directly connected with any production lines. • By using center-folded PE or PP film in a reel, the X1 automatically makes the bag and moves it to the feeding station. Picked up from the feeding station, the product is inserted into the bag that is then moved to the following sealing station for the final sealing. • The bag’s waste is removed by suction and the final pack is automatically ejected from the machine. Alloy sealing bars at constant temperature are protected by a non-sticky material. • The belt for the bag’s transport driven by servo motor. Transversal sealer makes the bag and separates it from the film. • A servo motor drives the film unwinding system. PLC control unit. • This unit produces bag sizes widths 50-200mm, and length 100-390mm using low-density polyethylene film from a center-folded format. • Operates at 20-30 cycles per min.
