Used blow film lab extruder machine Collin 3 layers with a take-off of 600 mm wide and an output of 40 kg/hour.

Extruders: 30 mm + 45 mm + 30 mm, 25D, 4 heating zones
Head:
- 3-Layer Die head
- There are 2 dies:
- One Blown film Die, 80mm diameter
- One Flat film Die, 300mm width (for cling/stretch film)
- The Dies are interchangeable.
Output: Up to 40 kg/hour depending on material formulation
Take off: Take-off 600 mm wide
Rewind:
- Special Winder for lab extrusion
- Reels diameter up to 400 mm
